1.2 update


- 2026 Mar 16: The 1.2 update:

Gameplay/weapons:

- added new enemy type - spider mine which chases you and blows up when close

- added chapter selection menu

- removed leftover FiveSeven from one of the Chapter 2 maps

- crossbow now has a distance meter and a new crosshair - so you can aim more easily

- reworked zoom for sniper rifles - now you change distance with USE button and RMB simply turns zoom on and off

- added reloading timer for electroblast icons

- if your car is stuck somehow and you can't move/can't get out - hold RELOAD key for a second and it will snap to the last valid position

- Chapter 5, map 4: fixed some issues with the small service elevator

- added a tiny bit more ammo in Chapter 1

- ammocrate got a small green light for better visibility (thx to KorteZZ)

- tiny increase of G36C damage

- fixed health regeneration not working during cutscenes

- Chapter 2, desert: added a box at the back of the container with a car if player gets stuck there

- fixed a couple collision issues and graphical glitches

- Chapter 4, map 4: fixed rare softlock at the big door near the end of the map

- hacking puzzle has been reworked, also a text tutorial was added

- Alien rifle maximum ammo reduced in half, damage is increased

Rendering:

- possibly fixed the GPU driver crash in certain cases - please do report if you are still experiencing them

- implemented shader preloading and caching - there should be less stutters in consequent plays

- implemented FSR 1.0 (simple upscaler) - might be useful for 2K/4K screens: try using it with renderscale 0.75-0.85 to gain extra fps

- added SMAA as an additional anti-aliasing solution

- fixed an issue when some models disappeared upon using player model's 3D preview in the menu

Miscellaneous:

- added turkish translation, use -language turkish in launch parameters to use it, or bat/sh file in the folder

- fixed a bug/regression with player death animation in multiplayer

- fixed an issue with Steam launch arguments not working

- fixed energy ball trail disappearing after saverestore

- fixed client-side rotating entities resetting their position when game is paused via pause command

- added dynamic light effect to car's exhaust pops

- added velocity to player when he exits the jetski

- minor visual updates/fixes on some maps
